We are empowering a creative traditional farming method to preserve our culture and the environment by using compost fertilizer, buffaloes for plowing and ancient husking mortars instead of chemical fertilizers and tractors. We are employing genuine farmers, who would not otherwise find employment, people with low education in remote villages or the poorer parts of Bali where their living standard dropped, hit by the economic transformation and uneven tourist money distribution.
